What is GamePlannr?

GamePlannr is a platform that connects parents and young athletes with relatable teen mentors for one-on-one coaching, encouragement, and skills development. We facilitate these connections but do not employ or supervise any mentors.

Platform Disclaimer

GamePlannr is not an employer. Mentors listed on GamePlannr are not employees, contractors, or agents of GamePlannr. All mentoring sessions, including scheduling and payment, are arranged independently between families and mentors. GamePlannr assumes no responsibility for the conduct, quality, or outcomes of any mentoring interactions.

Liability Disclaimer

By using GamePlannr, all participants acknowledge that the platform is not responsible for any physical injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during mentoring sessions. All activities are arranged at the discretion of the participating families, and it is the responsibility of parents and mentors to ensure safe and appropriate environments for all sessions.

Junior Mentors (Under 14)

GamePlannr welcomes motivated young athletes under 14 years old to participate as Junior Mentors. These mentors offer guidance and support to younger players in a supervised, parent-led setting. Junior Mentors are not considered workers or contractors, and their participation is informal and arranged directly by parents.

Parental involvement is required for Junior Mentors, including help with scheduling and in-person supervision if needed. Any payment is private and not facilitated by GamePlannr.

Safety Tips for Families

• Always communicate through trusted methods and verify information.
• Parents should be present or nearby during sessions, especially for younger mentors or mentees.
• Set clear expectations in advance regarding goals, timing, and safety.
